CCTC CIP Peer Review visit at Falke
TBDShared learning is a key component of the CCTC’s clustering approach, with this in mind, the CCTC has scheduled to facilitate a Peer review session at Falke. More details to follow.
The specific focus of this session is on Falke’s implementation of the Preactor planning software system as a means of streamlining production for improved reliability, flexibility and ultimately customer value. A short factory tour will follow to showcase the production improvements within the factory. The aim is for attendees to learn from one another’s experiences, returning to their firms energised and recommitted to their own improvement goals.
