CCTC Lean Study tour at Alpine Lounge
TBDThe CCTC seeks to identify areas of best practice in terms of Lean thinking and World-Class Manufacturing (WCM) – both within and outside of the CTFL sector – and to disseminate these best practices to our members. With this in mind, we are facilitating a study tour for cluster members to Alpine Lounge, a furniture manufacturer in Parow. Alpine Lounge will be showcasing REAL-TIME PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT systems and how these have helped them in driving process improvements and ultimately achieving significant operational performance gains. This will be an exciting opportunity for senior production managers and factory managers to see best practice performance management systems in operation that can be directly translated to the CTFL sector.
