What We Offer
Our manufacturing productivity programme is data led. Through our diagnostic projects we assess key growth drivers, customer feedback, industry best practice and operations of our members, in comparison with peers, to support strategic decision making in pursuit of sustainable growth. We support members to implement productivity improvement projects directly in their work environment, drawing from global best practice in the CTFL value chain and cross-sectoral experience in the automotive, chemical and furniture sectors.
